Guest Bedroom has its own key to lock the bedroom, and its own private patio space (ideal for smokers or those who wish to escape the severe heat of the summer or for those who need to work away from home).
The bedroom includes ceiling fans, spacious wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, fast high speed WiFi, mirror, chair, bedsheets, towels, shampoo and shower gel.
Guests have shared use of:
1. The bathroom with double head shower, toilet accessories, hairdryer, towels etc.
2. The kitchen, with all amenities, like coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, space in the fridge, oven, all utensils and cutlery.
3. Lounge area with sofa of 4 spaces, large digital television, movie channels, foreign channels (German, French, UK etc)
4. Front garden with gazebo, barbecue, seating and table.
5. Dining area with seating for 6 persons.
6. Full use of the community swimming pool from 10 -23 hrs, all the year.

The Guesthouse is located on a quiet cul de sac street with free car parking spaces outside the house, incredible views of the airport, Elche and Alicante cities.
The Guesthouse is located 1Km from the nudist beach, Playa Carabassi.
The Guesthouse is easily accessible from the airport of Alicante and from the city of Alicante by public bus or Uber or car rental.
Clothing is optional and I welcome naturist and nudists adult men.
This includes on the terrace and inside the house, including at the dining table.
Please note swimwear is required at the community swimming pool, located behind the house.
